Last week, we had an issue with one of our five heating units and had to use space heaters throughout the building to prevent the other four units from overworking on Monday and Tuesday. With open spaces, the building can be drafty anyways, but without forced air in some areas, it was chilly at times. Learners were able to wear their coats if it made them more comfortable, but the temperature didn’t drop significantly or cause any disruption to our daily routines. The parts were replaced and additional preventative measures are being taken for other units.

Please make sure your learners have weather-appropriate attire for playing outdoors.
