First day of school is September 8

Dear iLEAD Families,

iLEAD Spring Meadows will be pushing back the first day of school to September 8, 2020. We are working hard to be able to continue to provide both on-campus and virtual learning options.

We are hopeful that pushing back the start date will allow time for the number of local COVID-19 cases to drop. Staff will continue working during this time to ensure that we are prepared to provide the best on-campus and virtual options available for our learners.

State AIR Testing Begins April 1st for Grades 3-8

We begin our State Assessments (AIR assessment) next week. Make sure you are at school every day and on time! Testing sessions will run from 9-11 a.m.

Tips For Success:

  • Get a good night’s rest (at least 8 hours)
  • Eat a healthy breakfast
  • Think positive thoughts

Volunteer Opportunities
We are in need of volunteers (who have been fingerprinted) to help supervise lunch and recess on testing days from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Please contact the front desk if you are willing to volunteer, and they will schedule you in! Thank you in advance for helping make testing run smoothly!

We are currently taking the following donations to help our learners be successful on their tests:

  • Red and white hard peppermints, individually wrapped (approx. 400 needed)
  • Individually packaged Cheez-Its or goldfish crackers (approx. 125 needed)
  • Fruit and Grain bars, individually wrapped (approx. 125 needed)
  • Oatmeal Squares – non-peanut butter (approx. 125 needed)
  • Small water bottles (approx. 400 needed)

Donations can be dropped off at the front desk all week.
