Monday Message

Dear iLEAD Spring Meadows Families,

I hope everyone had a wonderful, healthy, and relaxing Spring Break! This week our learners in grades 4-8 who are assigned to on-site hybrid cohorts begin on-site learning four days per week! All learners in grades 4-8 will continue to be virtual on Wednesdays. If your learner borrowed a computer for distance learning and will no longer need it with their new schedule, please return the borrowed devices to the front office ASAP so that we will have technology available on site for instruction and state testing.

New car line procedures will go into effect this week for learners in grades 4-8. Learners in grades 4-8 will be picked up on the opposite side of the building in the afternoon. The morning car line will remain the same as it has been. Learners with siblings in grades K-3 will continue to be picked up with their siblings through the regular car line. Families of learners in grades 4-8 who do not have lower grade siblings to pick up should enter and exit through the first drive labeled “Exit Only” and form a two-lane pick-up line around the outside of the parking lot on the side of the building opposite of the playground. Staff will be available to help direct traffic.

In PowerSchool, we are on semester two, week 14. To accommodate K-3 learners coming on site five days, packets and meals can now be picked up on Tuesdays between 3:00-4:00 p.m. If your learner is on site on Tuesdays, these items can be sent home with them. Packets can also be picked up from the front office any day during regular school hours. If you are in need of a packet or technology and cannot pick up during these times, please call the school at 419-491-7423 or email info@ileadspringmeadows.org to make alternative arrangements.

With gratitude,

Sarah Hawley
School Director
