As we begin to transition to spring with Daylight Saving Time and weather changing, we have a lot to look forward to. It is important that learners are in school every day and on time in order to meet their academic and social goals. State testing for grades 3-8 begins on Monday, April 1st, and goes through Friday, April 12th.
You can help your learner ease anxiety and do their best on the test by making sure that they get at least 8 hours of sleep each night, wake up with enough time to get ready without rushing, eat a healthy breakfast, and get to school on time. You will receive more information specific to your learner’s testing schedule from their facilitators in the coming weeks.
