Meet our newest staff members!
Clay Lutz, Facilitator
My name is Mr. Clay, and I’m excited to be sharing in learning at iLEAD Spring Meadows. I lived my whole life on a small farm and accumulated six years working in education, teaching science, engineering, and mathematics at the middle and high school levels. What I look forward to at iLEAD are all the unique Individual Learning Plans. When I’m not teaching, I like to spend my outside time doing archery, dog training, and working out. My indoor hobbies include watching YouTube, playing strategy games, and preparing and cooking meals.
Craig Cambell, Facilitator
My name is Mr. Campbell, and I’m a new facilitator at iLEAD Spring Meadows. I will primarily be facilitating 5th grade language arts and social studies. I’m originally from Zanesville, Ohio, located south of Columbus, Ohio. I’ve been an educator for over 15 years and have taught in Virginia and Ohio. I enjoy reading and antique cars. I’m thrilled about my new opportunity at iLEAD!
Jessica Chagolla, Care Team
Hello! My name is Ms. Jes, and I’m joining iLEAD as a Care Team member and a building sub. I graduated from Bowling Green State University with a bachelor of arts degree in history and ethnic studies. I’m a sucker for books, especially a good autobiography, accompanied by a strong cup of coffee and my cat, Murray. I’m passionate about education and learning. I look forward to working with iLEAD and its diverse array of learners as they grow into our future leaders!
Annie Kutzka, Intervention Specialist
Hi! I’m Ms. Annie, and I will be joining the iLEAD team as an intervention specialist. I have a bachelor’s degree in sign language studies and a master’s degree in special education. I’ve spent the majority of my career working with adults with disabilities and high school transitional programs, through both the state and nonprofit agencies. I’m excited to grow in a new setting, working with elementary learners. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and my beautiful great dane, Portia!
