iLEAD Spring Meadows will be following the updated guidance from the Lucas County Health Department for quarantine and notifications. You can find our COVID-19 tracker on the homepage of our website that is updated once a week.

If you have any questions regarding COVID procedures, or precautions or if you test positive or are exposed to someone testing positive, please email info@ileadspringmeadows.org. We are using the Nurse’s Algorithm provided by the Lucas County Health Department to determine quarantines. Updated information for quarantine and isolation can be found here.
