Habit 6 is: Synergize.

A highly valued skill for the 21st century is cooperation, or the ability to work with groups of people to achieve new and better solutions. Synergy is used to present and solve problems by encouraging innovation, invention and the concept that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
Suggested Activity: The collective efforts of your family can bring about something wonderful. Complete a group project such as decorating a character watermelon with markers, stickers, and other items you have around the house. Invite each family member to suggest ideas and collectively decide how to use them. When finished, discuss how the decorated watermelon reflects a group effort.
